（中央社記者呂欣憓台北11日電）高雄發生受刑人挾持人質事件，國防部表示警方尚未申請支持，若警方有需要，軍方會支援。
高雄監獄受刑人挾持典獄長及獄政人員案，國防部發言人羅紹和受訪表示，目前本案正由警方處理中，軍方並未接獲警方提出相關的支援申請。
對於國軍的因應作為，羅紹和說，國防部已要求國軍部隊門禁戒備、注意營區安全，支援各縣市「春安演習」的憲兵官兵尤須提高警覺。
